POLICY 

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and want to be as accommodating as possible. However, to respect the time of both myself and clients, the following policy is in place:

• Cancellation within 24-48 hours of your appointment: A 50% service fee will be applied.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment or No-Show: A 100% service fee will be applied.

• Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to

reschedule, and the full cost of the original appointment will be due.

 

HOW TO CANCEL

If you need to cancel or reschedule, it is made easy for you to do so through one of the following methods:

• Cancellation Link: Use the link provided in your confirmation email or text message to manage your

appointment and cancel directly.

FOR APPOINTMENTS AT STOTTS ATELIER: Call salon directly at 949-220-9870 during business hours:

◦ Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

◦ Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

FOR APPOINTMENTS AT MIKELL COIFFURE: Call salon directly at 310-545-5580 during business hours:

◦ Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

◦ Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed via text or email

without a confirmation response from the salon team.
