POLICY
BOOKING FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS
NEW CLIENTS- must put a card on file.Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment, as long as it is 24 hours in advance of their appointment day. Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the service will result in charge to the card on file for the amount of 50% of their service.
BOOKING FOR EXISTING CLIENTS
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to put a card on file. Any future cancellation less than 24 hours prior to service will result in charge to the card on file for the amount of 50% of your service
NO-SHOW POLICY
Any client who no shows their appointment must pay 100% of the service cost of the canceled service prior to booking a future appointment. A card will need to be put on file in order to book a future service. Any future cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the service will result in charge to the card on file for the amount of 50% of your service.
A client that is 20 mins or more late to their
appointment will be considered a no-show
*A no-show is described as missing an appointment without any prior
communication or canceling without good reason within
3 hours of the scheduled appointment time.*
